We already know this, that peppers have a very pronounced taste

For 4 people

Preparation: 25 minutes

Cooking: 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 kg of pepper

600 g of fresh tuna

1 big glass of rice

2 onions

3 garlic pods

1 cuillérée à soupe de curry

01 tablespoon of fennel seeds

01 teaspoon of paprika

1/3 of a small corn tin

1 teaspoon of green haricots

Salt, pepper

Preparation

Wash the rice and cook it in a lot of salted boiling water for 10 minutes

Wash the tuna fillets

Chop them with the garlic, onions and one pepper

Add salt and pepper

Add the fennel, the paprika and the curry

Mix well, then add the rice, the corn and the green haricots cut in 1.5cm sections

Mix

Core the peppers via the peduncles and fill them with the stuffing

Arrange the peppers in the pressure cooker's basket

Cook for 15 minutes after you have set the valve going.
