Food - Sauces, soups and stews

Ingredients

1.5 tablespoon black pepper

3 tablespoons mustard

3 maggi cubes

couple of 2 big onions

About 700g chicken (we used chicken legs here)

Preparation

Thinly slice 2 big onions
In a big bowl, mix the sliced onions with the pepper, 1 maggi cube and the mustard

Separately, lightly salt the chicken
Put a large and deep frying pan on the cooker with about 5-10mm oil and wait until it warms up (not hot, warm!) put the cooker at low temperature

Add the lightly salted chicken and turn it occasionally until brown

Then add the mustard mixture and couple of maggi cubes stir and cover and leave to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
