Cut the chicken in pieces and season (salt, crushed onions and garlic...) then fry it dry. Blend the tomatoes, celeri and leek. Pour the oil you used to fry the chicken in a saucepan and lightly fry the large-diced onions. Pour the tomatoes in the oil and let them fry on a low heat. Pour the large-diced vegetables in the saucepan: bell peppers, carrots previously lightly boiled , courgettes, leeks. Leave to simmer for a little while. Pour the fried chicken in the saucepan. Add in the saucepan the plantains cut in circles and fried Add salt and chili. Leave to simmer aon a low heat, stiring occasionally, until the meal is all cooked. Lightly ripe plantains, i.e. lightly sweet, are generally appreciated. |
