Accompany with Aloko and a green salad

For 4 people

Preparation: 15 minutes

Cooking 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

200 g of beef filet

200 g of chicken breast

100 g of smoked bacon

2 teaspoon of oil

2 chilis

Preparation

Cut the beef fillet and the chicken breast in cubes

Cut the bacon in cubes

In a hollow dish, pour the oil and the chilis cut in strips

Add the meat cubes

Soak the meat parts in the marinade

Leave to macerate for 1 to 2 hours, mixing the meat regularly

Prepare the barbecue et put the grilling rack to heat

Mount the meat cubes as kebabs, making sure you alternate them on the sick

Add salt and pepper

Put to grill for about 10 minutes.
