For 4 people

Preparation: 5 minutes

Marinade: 3 hours

Cooking: 15 minutes

Ingredients

600 g of pork fillets

1 onion

1 garlic

2 tablespoons of liquid honey

2 tablespoons of soya sauce

1 tablespoon of nuoc-mâm sauce

1 tablespoon of 4 spices

1 tablespoon of vinegar

1 tablespoo of oil

1 sliced pepper

Preparation

Peel the onion and the garlic

Mix them with the soy and nuoc-mâm sauces, the honey, the vinegar and the 4 spices and the oil

Pour the sauce of the marinade in a hollow plate

Cut the pork filets in cubes of about 2 cm

Pour in the plat and mix

Leave to marinate in a cool place for 3 hours au frais mixing the meat regularly

Mount the brochettes, interposing the meat pieces and the peppers

Cook the brochettes for about 15 minutes, turning them over regularly

Serve hot
