For 6 people
Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes

Ingredients

6 nice chicken breasts
4 tablespoons of curry paste or curry powder
8 tablespoons of coco milk
200 g of onions
1 apple
1 banana
oil
Salt, pepper
Rice

Preparation

Pour some oil in a frying pan, and fry the diced onions on a warm heat
Add the diced chicken and make sure that the chicken is golden on all its sides
Add the curry and the coco milk and leave to cook for 5 minutes
Add ¼ litre of water and the diced fruits
Add salt and pepper

Cover and leave to cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with boiled rice

Good to know

Curry is even better when it is cooked the day before and then warmed up on the day. You can also serve the curry with some coco powder.
