For 2 People
Preparation: 40 minutes

Ingredients

250 g of minced beef or lamb meat

1 glass of grated cassava
2 teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 small onion finely minced
Cassava flour
Oil
Other seasonings to your taste

Realisation

In a pot, mix the minced meat, the grated cassava, the onion, salt and pepper
Add your chosen additional seasoning and mix well
Make up balls or small flat galettes (about 5 milimetres thick)
Roll the balls or put the galettes in flour
Fry them in hot oil until golden
Serve with the meat juice, a soup or fresh tomatoes.
