The cooking time for the prawns is really very important. For your prawns to be done to the point, do not overcook them otherwise they will lose their taste and their firmness.

Preparation: 15 minutes

Cooking: 6 minutes

 

 

Ingredients

500 g of prawns

2 garlic cloves

½ boots of green onions

1 teaspoon of cumin

¼ teaspoon of salt

4 tablespoon of wine vinegar

4 tablespoons of water

Preparation

Prepare the marinade by crushing the cumin, the green onions and the garlic

Add the salt, the vinegar and the water

Prick the prawns on the sticks and brush them with sauce

Leave to macerate for 2 hours

Grill the prawns 3 minutes on each side

Serve the kebabs very warm, accompanied by the marinade
