For 6 people Preparation time: 45 minutes INGREDIENTS :4 fresh catfishes 25 cl of milk coco 3 garlic 3 beautiful tomatoes 3 teaspoons of curry powder 1 onion 10 cl of oil Chili, pasley, salt, black pepper, 2 maggi or other cubes PreparationClean the catfishes, and wash them with lemon or vinegar Cut the fishes in pieces and fry them in a frying pan Minced the onions, garlic, chili and the parsley Cut the tomatoes in quick big pieces In a pressure cooker, fry the minced spices Add the tomatopes and leave to cook for 5 minutes Delicately add the pieces of fish to the mix Add the cubes Sprinkle it all with the curry Pour the coco milk Add salt, pepper and leave to cook for about 15 minutes on low heat Serve with white rice |
