Caramelised peanuts are a very sweet Central African apetizer. As its name implies, it is made of peanuts and sugar caramel itself preferably made from water. When the caramel has hardened on them, the peanuts are broken into portions that can now be eaten. Thereafter, they shall be kept a maximum of two weeks in a hermetically-closed bowl. |
